The Bella Boutique is one of Orange County’s largest Family Friendly Boutiques and remains one of the highest sought after venues for vendors
We have been busy planning for 2014 and due to family circumstances, our former Vendor Coordinator and Marketing Directors are moving into different positions and we are now searching for two (or three) qualified people who would like to volunteer to fill these positions. (job descriptions below)
By joining our board, you will receive a complimentary Prime Location Booth (10×10, inside or outside, you’re choice) plus one extra booth (8×4) for a friend – for free! Plus you will get to work with some of the most amazing women and fabulous vendors in the whole world!
Thank you also for your patience as we fill these positions and ensure that the Bella Boutique 2014 has the absolute best, highest qualified leadership as we move forward! We will open up vendor applications as soon as these positions are filled.

It will only be received by Bella Boutique admin. Please tell us about yourself and your qualifications (**Having a Home-based business or boutique booth is NOT Required.)
Vendor Coordinator (1 Person): Recruit Exceptional vendors, Receive and Process all Vendor Inquiries and Applications. Narrow down vendors and present selection to the Bella Boutique board for final approval. Complete contract with each vendor, maintain vendor database, follow up on vendor’s advertising of the Bella Boutique, answer vendor questions, assign vendor booths, coordinate vendor arrival and vendor set up/clean up. Everything relating to vendors, that’s you! Board meetings are generally scheduled Thursdays during the lunch hour.
Marketing Director (1 or 2 people): Organize all marketing for the boutique – including social media for the boutique, word of mouth advertising, print advertising, signage and day of signage/marketing. A large portion of this position is posting the event on hundreds of event calendars (ie; Zevents, Plan a Day out, City council websites, Radio station websites, etc) and requesting bloggers to highlight the boutique. Anything and everything relating to telling people about the Bella Boutique is all you!
